Portable verification, balidation and calibration
Portable, battery-powered MB-Series flow meters measure mass flow and volumetric flow rates anywhere you need for 98+ gases, making them ideal for on-the-go process calibration, verification, and validation.
For low pressure applications, use the portable Whisper low pressure drop meter instead with pressure drops as low as 0.07 PSI.
Flowing corrosive gases? Use the portable, anti-corrosive meter.
Alicat’s PCU is a secondary calibration standard that combines up to 3 high-accuracy flow meters of varied ranges with totalizers into a rugged industrial carrying case for go-anywhere portability
Fluid indepdent (Coriolis)
CODA Coriolis mass flow meters accurately measure true mass flow rates, even when you have unknown or changing chemical composition of your process fluid.
Bioreactor
BIO-Series meters are designed specifically for professional engineers involved in the construction and operation of bioreactors. Ensure that fast, precise, and uncontaminated flow is in your bioprocessing application.
Air monitoring
The FP-25 Calibrator Kit is specifically designed to audit/calibrate particulate matter samplers for air quality management. The FP-25 is compatible with most PM air monitors.
Control gas flow rate
Standard use
MC-Series differential pressure-based mass flow controllers rapidly reach setpoints and maintain stable control of mass flow, volumetric flow, or pressure for 98+ gases.
CODA KC-Series Coriolis mass flow meters control true mass flow rate of a variety of process fluids.
Low pressure
Whisper MCW-Series low pressure drop controllers rapidly reach setpoints and maintain stable control of mass flow, volumetric flow, or pressure when there is little available system pressure, with pressure drops as low as 0.07 PSI.
Need to control flow in both directions? Use the Whisper MCDW-Series bidirectional mass flow controller instead.
High pressure
MCQ-Series differential-pressure based controllers control mass flow, volumetric flow, or pressure for 98+ gases for operating pressures up to 320 PSIA.
CODA KC-Series Coriolis controllers control true mass flow rate for operating pressures up to 4000 PSIA.
Corrosive gases
MCS-Series mass flow controllers rapidly reach setpoints and maintain stable control of mass flow, volumetric flow, or pressure for 128+ gases, including 30+ corrosives.
Fluid indepdent (Coriolis)
CODA KC-Series Coriolis mass flow controllers accurately control true mass flow rate, even when you have unknown or changing chemical composition of your process fluid.
Bidirectional
The MCD-Series can control flow into a closed volume and then control flow in the other direction to exhaust the volume. Or, you can use vacuum to control your process flow in one direction and then apply positive pressure to purge the line in the other direction.
For low pressure applications, use the bidirectional Whisper MCDW low pressure drop controller instead.
Flowing corrosives? Use the MCDS-Series.
Bioreactor
BIO-Series controllers are designed specifically for professional engineers involved in the construction and operation of bioreactors. Ensure that fast, precise, and uncontaminated flow is in your bioprocessing application.
Vacuum
The MCV-Series features the same rapid control response of our standard mass flow controller in a form factor that includes welded 1/4″ VCR fittings and matches end to end with SEMI standard MFCs. It has an integrated pneumatic shut-off valve for hard vacuum applications.
For corrosive gases, use the MCVS-Series instead.
SEMI-compatible
MCE-Series controllers are equipped with 1/4″ VCR fittings and match end-to-end with SEMI standard MFCs, for easy drop-in upgrades to vacuum deposition fixtures. Control mass flow or pressure of 98+ gases.
For corrosive gases, use the MCES-Series instead.
OEM thermal
The BASIS BC-Series features a small footprint, high-accuracy MEMS sensor, and fast valve control.
Measure pressure
Differential pressure
P-Series pressure transducers to measure the differential pressure between any two points in your process. Alternatively, leave the downstream port open to atmosphere and use the device as a dead-ended gauge pressure transducer.
For a portable option, use the PB-Series.
If you are flowing corrosive gases, use the PS-Series.
Absolute/gauge pressure
Use the P-Series to measure absolute or gauge pressure of all non-corrosive gases, without introducing a dead-ended obstruction to your system.
For a portable option, use the PB-Series.
Control pressure
Standard use
PC-Series absolute and gauge pressure controllers control absolute pressure or gauge pressure of all non-corrosive gases.
To control the differential pressure between any two points in your process, use the PCD-Series differential pressure controller.
Flowing corrosives? Use the PCS-Series instead.
Closed volume control
PCD-Series absolute and gauge pressure controllers use two proportional valves to precisely control the absolute or gauge pressure of gases within closed or dead-ended volumes.
To maintain differential pressure between any two points in processes flowing gases within dead-ended volumes, use the PCD-Series differential pressure controller.
Flowing corrosives? Use the PCDS-Series instead.
Indirect control
For flowing processes: The PC3-Series controller has its pressure sensor isolated from the flow path so you can measure absolute or gauge pressure at any point in your system, and control flow at a different point.
Flowing corrosives? Use the PC3S-Series.
For closed volumes: The PCD3-Series controller uses two proportional valves and a physically isolated pressure sensor to maintain pressure at any point within a dead-ended volume.
Pumped vacuum
IVC-series integrated vacuum controllers integrate a variety of capacitance diaphragm gauges for pressure measurement, and rapidly control the pressure of pumped vacuum processes. They are available with either inline or isolated vacuum sensors.
Compact OEM
For flowing processes: EPC-Series pressure controllers deliver fast and accurate gauge or absolute pressure control in a compact, highly customizable package for easy integration into OEM applications.
For closed volumes: EPCD-Series pressure controllers use two proportional valves to deliver fast, accurate control of absolute or gauge pressure of gases within closed or dead-ended volumes.
