Alicat mass flow meters and controllers require gases to be clean and free from large particulates. In-line sintered filters screw directly into the threaded inlet process port of your device and prevent large particulates from entering the measurement head of the instrument.

We recommend the following maximum particulate sizes for your mass flow instruments:

1 SCCM or lower models: 5μ
2 SCCM to 20 SLPM models: 20μ
50 SLPM or higher models: 40μ

The following options are available with 10-32 SAE fittings:

5μ filters (Brass/Buna or 316L/Buna)
20μ filters (Brass/Buna or 316L/Buna)

1/8″ NPT

The following options are available with 1/8″ NPT fittings:
