In-line filters and elements

Alicat mass flow meters and controllers require gases to be clean and free from large particulates. In-line sintered filters screw directly into the threaded inlet process port of your device and prevent large particulates from entering the measurement head of the instrument.

 

We recommend the following maximum particulate sizes for your mass flow instruments:

  • 1 SCCM or lower models: 5μ
  • 2 SCCM to 20 SLPM models: 20μ
  • 50 SLPM or higher models: 40μ
