Calibrator Kit for PM Samplers and Air Quality Analyzers

Use FP-25 to audit and calibrate PM10 and PM2.5 particulate matter samplers and air quality testing/analyzer devices to regulatory standards.

  • PM air monitor compatibility. Compatible with all PM air monitors: TEOM, Partisol, Beta Attenuation Monitors (BAM), T640.
  • Easy integration. Bluetooth antenna plus Alicat Connect app remotely reads air sampler measurements, with data-logging capabilities for data management software.
  • Accurate, multi-variate measurement. NIST-traceable mass flow, volumetric flow, pressure, and temperature measurements to ±1% of reading.
  • Portable & durable. Battery-powered calibrator mounts directly to air monitoring (FRM or FEM) instrument, negating effects of wind gusts. Any weather—IP67 rated. Accurate from -30°C to +60°C and up to 95% relative humidity.

The FP-25 can be used to audit and calibrate flow, pressure, and temperature readings for the samplers and analyzers below:

  • PM10 and PM2.5 FRM samplers (16.7 LPM) – Mesa Labs PQ series, Met One E-FRM, Thermo Scientific Partisol 2000/2025(i) and Dichots, Tisch TE-Wilbur
  • PM10 and PM2.5 FEM analyzers (16.7 LPM) – Environment S.A. MP101M, Met One BAM-1020/1022 and E-BAM, Thermo Scientific BAM 5014i, SHARP 5030i and TEOM 1400(a/ab)/ 1405 and Dichots, Teledyne T640
  • IMPROVE network PM samplers (22.8 LPM)
  • Low-flow PM samplers (1-5 LPM) – Ecotech MircoVol and Protinus, Grimm EDM, Met One E-Sampler
  • Carbon speciation samplers (22.0 LPM) – URG-3000(N)
  • Carbon speciation samplers (6.7 LPM) – Met One SASS and SuperSASS
  • Black carbon analyzers (1-5 LPM) – Magee Aethalometer, Met One BC-1050
